Interestingly majority of our candidates come through the network of existing candidates we have formed over the years and referrals; the rest would be from job portal advertising.

We never re-write a candidate CV and always send the original to our clients. We believe that it is important for clients to see how a candidate presents him/herself on paper. It is an indication of their ability to write coherently and adds value and depth to the profile. Rewritten CVs are not a genuine representation of the candidate's personality and suitability for a position. Part of our registration process would test candidates on their software and other skills relevant to their chosen career. We also provide psychometric testing and the results of all these tests are available on request. The system allows us to cross train them on various software packages. This service is free to candidates and we can prepare a candidate for positions where their software skills need refreshing or upgrading.
